It can be used in a compress with wool or cotton to promote absorption of healing properties (wrap in cotton or wool, then wrap with plastic wrap to sweat it in). Suggested Use: EXTERNAL USE ONLY
Apply ample amount to swellings, neck, behind the ears, coronet band, bulbs of the heal, stomach or groin. Do not apply to mucous membranes, mouth, nose, or eyes.
