We added glucosamine, chondroitan sulphate and Chinese herbs to promote longevity, vigor, synovial fluids in the joints, relieve low back pain and encourage elasticity in the sinews. Suggested Use: Two times daily for 10- 30 days then once a day for 6 days a week.
