Ingredients: Certified Organic Ground Turmeric

 

Golden Milk Recipe 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk 1 teaspoon coconut oil 1/4 teaspoon turmeric or more of turmeric paste
Directions: Combine all the ingredients, except Agave syrup in a saucepan. Turn the heat to medium.  While heating make sure to stir constantly and do not allow the mixture to boil. Add Agave, honey, maple syrup, or coconut palm sugar to taste.
